Spring Forward!

The aim is to collect all of the rings on each level, to help you do this you are able to jump between the seasons. For example, plant a seed in spring it grows into a plant you can climb in summer.

This game also features a level editor allowing you to easily created your own levels!

This game was my entry for the FreeBasic Games Directory Seasons Competition 2012. It ended up coming 4th (of 4) with 45 / 91 points! See the results here.

Despite the different version numbers, the Windows and Java versions are virtually identical. The number really just indicates bugs found and fixed...

Java version (0.4)

This game was made using Java 11 (LTS) and requires a Java 11+ Runtime Environment (JRE) installed. A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) can be downloaded from Adoptium. This game should also work on Apple Mac's and Linux based computers with a suitable JRE installed!
