This is a mostly self contained help desk / task logging system. It is aimed at basic usage on an internal network.
Note that this is not a military grade secure system! The database is stored in plain text so operating system restrictions should be used to prevent snooping. On the plus side, passwords are not stored as plain text and thanks to it being made with Go, it is memory safe!
🪄 The system is run from a single EXE file, the only complex bit is that a firewall port may need to be opened.
⚙️ It combines a web server and database all in one so less to keep updated. This also means much lower system resources usage.
📝 The job list is a simple CSV file so can be imported into other systems without much trouble. Existing job lists can probably be imported into this system as well!
🎨 The name and colour scheme can be customised to fit your organisation or personal preferences.
⚡ It was made using Google's Go programming language so is very fast and also memory safe.
