This is a simlpe to user and mostly self contained Incident Response Manager system. Users are able to easily log incidents which staff are able to view and respond to.

To get started, all you need to do is:
Add some responder users
Create user groups and add the responders users to them.
Create alert categories and assign the groups to them.
Users will go to the default start page where they can enter the details of their emergency / issue:
This system is a single EXE file, the only complex bit is that a firewall port may need to be opened.
It combines a webserver and database all in one.
It does not require maintaining a webserver, scripting language or SQL database.
The colour scheme can be customised.
The server part was made using Google's Go programming language so is fast and memory safe.
The optional Desktop Client notifier is very small, making use of Microsoft's .Net Framework.
This allows responders to be alerted to incidents without having to constantly check the summary web page.
To keep the download size small, the server download is provided as a 7zip archive.
This is the main component, where users can log and view incidents.
